By accessing or using Jampolls, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

• Export data and analytics (subject to subscription requirements and feature availability)
• Use virtual currency (Jars) for platform features and perks
• Subscribe to premium plans and features
• Access and use any current or future features we may introduce
• Use the platform for legitimate market research, audience engagement, and data analytics purposes

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Jampolls to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post spam, malicious content, or false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated systems to manipulate votes or responses
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Collect user data without consent
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

3.3 Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (polls, surveys, quizzes, Q&A polls, and any other content types)
• Platform License: By posting or creating content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
• Store, display, distribute, and process your content
• Use your content to provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Make your content available to other users as intended by your settings
• Use your content for analytics, reporting, and platform functionality
• Use your content for any current or future features we may introduce
• User-Generated Responses: Responses to polls, surveys, quizzes, and other content types become part of content creator data and may be exported, displayed, or processed per content settings and applicable subscriptions
• Future Features: Your content may be used, processed, or displayed in connection with any new features we introduce, subject to your privacy settings and these Terms

4. Data Collection and Privacy

• Your Responsibilities:

• You must comply with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to Ghana Data Protection Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant legislation

• You are responsible for securely handling and storing exported data
• You must not misuse, inappropriately share, or sell respondent data
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4.4 Data Exports

For Content Creators with Applicable Subscriptions:

• You can export response data, analytics, and interaction data in various formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, or other formats we may support)
• Exported data includes respondent information, responses, interactions, analytics, and metadata
• Export formats and available data may vary based on subscription tier and feature availability
• You are responsible for:
• Complying with privacy laws (including Ghana Data Protection Act, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when using exported data
• Securely storing and protecting exported data
• Not sharing exported data inappropriately or in violation of applicable laws
• Obtaining consent from respondents if required by law
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection regulations

We are not responsible for your use of exported data, compliance with privacy laws in your jurisdiction, or any consequences arising from your use of exported data.

5. Subscription Services and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Jampolls offers subscription plans with enhanced features and capabilities
• Subscription features may include:
• Advanced analytics and reporting tools
• Data exports in various formats
• Increased content creation limits
• Premium features and functionalities
• Access to new features as they are released
• Priority support and services
• Subscription features, terms, and pricing are subject to change with notice

6. Virtual Currency (Jars)

• Jampolls uses a virtual currency called "Jars"

• Used for platform features, perks, content enhancements, and any features we may introduce that accept Jars
• Jars may be used for current and future platform features, including but not limited to:
• Increasing participant limits

• Any other features we may introduce that accept Jars as payment

6.2 Jars Terms

• Jars are in-app only and cannot be cashed out
• Jars have no real-world monetary value
• Jars are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to adjust Jar values, rewards, or costs

6.3 Purchase and Refunds

• Jar purchases are final and non-refundable
• Jars are immediately credited to your account upon purchase
• We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases if your account is compromised

7. Intellectual Property

• Platform features, design, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
