What is Jampolls MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants directly call tools and take real actions. Jampolls' MCP server exposes 51 tools so any compatible AI can create polls, surveys, quizzes, Q&A sessions, word clouds, and more — all through natural language in your conversation.
Which AI tools work with Jampolls MCP?
Jampolls MCP works with any client that supports the MCP standard — Claude.ai (web), Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, and any other MCP-compatible tool. If it speaks MCP, it works with Jampolls.
Do I need to pay to use the MCP integration?
The MCP integration is available on Jampolls' free plan. You can connect your AI and start creating polls right away. Some advanced features may require a paid plan — check your plan's API quota in Settings.
How does authentication work?
On Claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors. If Jampolls is listed in the directory, click Browse connectors → Connect. Otherwise click Add custom connector, enter https://hub.jampolls.com/mcp as the URL, and click Add — either way, OAuth signs you in automatically with no API key required. For Cursor or Windsurf, generate an MCP API key from Jampolls Settings → API Keys and add it to your tool's config file.
Is my poll and survey data safe?
Yes. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Jampolls only accesses data you explicitly request through your AI. Your data is stored securely and we are GDPR compliant.
Can my AI modify or delete my polls?
Your AI can only do what you ask it to. Write-scope actions (create, update, delete) require a write-scope API key, which you control. You can generate a read-only key if you only want it to view results.
